Currently, Shengqi Co., Ltd. and Kangwo Holdings are joining forces to deploy their field-tested technologies and power generation equipment to the construction frontline of the Yarlung Zangbo River.
At the construction site of the highly anticipated Lower Yarlung Zangbo River hydropower project, the efficient operation of the massive construction system relies on a stable and reliable power supply. The project mainly adopts a method of straightening the river and diverting water through tunnels, constructing five cascade power stations. With a total investment of approximately 1.2 trillion yuan, a planned total installed capacity of 60GW, and an estimated annual power generation of 300 billion kilowatt-hours, it poses a severe challenge to the stability and continuity of construction power—driving large equipment, all-weather lighting, and camp power supply. During this critical construction phase, the company recently held a "Yarlung Zangbo River Hydropower Station Infrastructure Temporary Power Supply Guarantee—Generator Set Power Support Symposium." This meeting focused on the core needs and solutions for temporary power supply for super-engineering projects.
